Integrable signal processing semiconductor circuit
Abstract
The invention is based on a state of the art as described in "Siemens Integrated Circuits for Consumer Electronics, Data Book 1980181". Pp. 294 and 295. The aim of the invention is an FM coincidence demodulator for small supply voltages of approximately 1 volt, which has good stability and a good ((S + N) / S) ratio. In terms of circuitry, the circuit of the FM coincidence demodulator according to the invention has a mixing stage consisting of two coupled differential amplifiers I, II, which are controlled by two further differential amplifiers III and IV by means of four current mirror amplifiers S1 - S4. It is advantageous if the transistors forming the mixing stage I, II are complementary to the transistors forming the two other differential amplifiers with regard to their conductivity type.
