Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß die Anschlußflächen in einfacher Weise mit Kontaktelementen verbunden werden können, und daß die aus integriertem Baustein und Le i terbahnenfolie bestehende Anordnung nur eine verhältnismäßig geringe Bauhöhe besitzt.
