Abstract
Abstract Flat element (1) with a cavity through which flowable media can flow, which has an inlet for flowable media into the cavity and an outlet for these therefrom, the element consisting of two foil blanks which form its walls (2, 3), which are firmly connected to one another only in the region of their edges (6) situated one above another, and jointly enclose a cavity, and at least one wall has a large number of projections (8) projecting into the cavity, the projections (8) delimiting subcavities (22), which are connected in each case to one another and form in their totality a continuum through which flowable media can flow. <IMAGE>
