Abstract

Showing solutions of 1). 3 to 60% by weight, based on 1) and 2), of separately prepared, OH-end group-containing oligourethane ethers as reaction products (1) of a) diisocyanates with b) dialcohols of average molecular weight 200 to 800, preferably polypropylene glycols of molecular weight 200 to 600 , the stoichiometric ratio of a) to b) for dialcohols b) of average molecular weight 200 to 280 between 0.5 and 0.7, for dialcohols b) of average molecular weight 280 to 600 between 0.5 and 0.9 and Dialcohols b) of average molecular weight 600 to 800 is between 0.5 and 0.75, in 2). at least 2 hydroxyl-containing polyether polyols with an average molecular weight of 1000 to 12000, preferably 2000 to 8000, and their use in a process for the production of polyurethane foams with good flame-lamination and (high-frequency) weldability without impairing the property characteristics. The process for producing flame-laminatable and high-frequency weldable flexible polyurethane foams is characterized by reacting A) polyisocyanates with B) higher molecular weight compounds having at least 2 hydroxyl groups, C) optionally further higher and / or lower molecular compounds with hydrogen atoms and water which are reactive toward isocyanates, D) optionally with concomitant use of other blowing agents, catalysts, foam stabilizers and other additives, the higher molecular weight compounds B) containing hydroxyl groups being used in whole or in part as solutions according to claims 1 to 3.
