Abstract Translated from German Die Halbleiterkörper (10, 11) sitzen mit einer Seite auf je einer Kontaktfläche (8, 9) von Anschlußleitern (5, 7) und sind mit dieser mechanisch und elektrisch verbunden. Einige der Anschlußleiter (6) sind mit Stützpunkten (12) für Bonddrähte (13, 14) versehen, die die anderen Seiten der Halbleiterkörper kontaktieren. Die Lage der Stützpunkte ist so gewählt, daß die Bonddrähte parallel hintereinander und/oder parallel nebeneinander liegen. Dadurch läßt sich eine Beschleunigung des Bondens erzielen, da der Bonder höchstens noch in Richtung zweier Koordinatenachsen bewegt werden muß. Die Erfindung wird angewendet z. B. bei Gleichrichterbrücken.
