Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer vom Risiko einer Hepatitisübertragung praktisch freien Präparation der Blutgerinnungsfaktoren IX und X durch Erwärmen beschrieben. Es wird in Anwesenheit von Calciumionen und gegebenenfalls einer Aminosäure und/oder eines Saccharids oder Zuckeralkohols erwärmt. A method for producing a preparation of blood coagulation factors IX and X which is practically free from the risk of hepatitis transmission by heating is described. It is heated in the presence of calcium ions and optionally an amino acid and / or a saccharide or sugar alcohol.
