Device for cleaning a sewer with a closed cross-section of non-floating sediments
Abstract
Abstract Provided in the device is a rough-scraping tool (2, 2a, 2b), which can be moved on the sewer inner wall, loosens the sediments (3) from the sewer wall, grasps the sediments from below in the direction of travel (1), and has a guide surface (2a) which rises against the direction of travel. An inlet (4) for the lifted material adjoins the apex (2b) of the guide surface (2a). In this arrangement, the guide surface (2a) essentially fills up the sewer cross-section as far as the level of the apex (2b). A pressurised discharge chamber (5) is arranged below the inlet (4). A hydraulic conveyor (6, 7, 8) is connected to this discharge chamber. <IMAGE>
