Abstract
Abstract There are disclosed the monoisethionate and glucuronate salts of 2,4-diamino-5-methyl-6-[(3,4,5-trimethoxyanilino)-methyl] quinazoline, pharmaceutical compositions containing such salts and the production of such salts. The salts are suitable for treating malaria, bacterial infections, psoriasis and tumors. The salts have good water-solubility and other characteristics which are advantageous compared with known salts of the quinazoline base.
