Abstract

A temperature probe uses a quartz blade (L) cut according to a double rotation cut defined by an angle φ between 9 ° 24 'and 13 ° 24' and an angle θ between 57 ° 24 'and 61 ° 24'; the quartz plate serves as a substrate for the propagation of a surface wave in an OX "Z" cutting plane obtained by double rotation of an OXZ plane defined by an electrical axis (OX) and the optical axis (OZ) quartz, said propagation taking place in a direction which makes an angle between 33 ° and 37 ° with the axis OX "of the section plane OX" Z ".
