Attachment device for a guide tube of a nuclear fuel element assembly to the end fittings of said assembly
Abstract
Device for fixing a guide tube (1) in zircaloy of a fuel assembly of a nuclear reactor of the ordinary water under pressure steel end type (2). This device comprises a nut-ring (12) comprising two threads (22, 23) of opposite pitches, a screwdriver sheath (15) with notches (16), integral in rotation with a pole (27), but movable in translation, by means of an elastic return system (31) along said pole, between a first low position for which notches (16) carried by said screwdriver sheath (15) are housed in recesses (17) of the upper part of the nut-ring (12) which they thus secure in rotation with the pole (27) and the endpiece (14) and a second high position for which said notches (16) are released from the recesses (17) previous and where the ring (12) and the tip (14) are independent of each other in rotation. Application to the fuel assemblies of nuclear reactors of the PWR type.
