Abstract Translated from German Zur Erzielung eines möglichst geringen Gewichts ist der Bolzen (B) als Verbundkonstruktion mit einem Kern (K) aus füllstoffverstärktem Kunststoff und einer metallischen Umhüllung (H) ausgebildet. Als Füllstoff werden Quarzsand oder Kohlefasern verwendet. Die Umhüllung sitzt vorzugsweise unter Umfangszugvorspannung auf dem Kern. Die Herstellung des Bolzens erfolgt z.B. durch Einpressen von Füllstoffen und Matrixharzsystem direkt in der entsprechend vorbereiteten Umhüllung.
