Vaccine against viral hepatitis B, method and transformed eucaryotic cells for the preparation of this vaccine
Abstract
Method for producing antigens vaccinating against the viral hepatitis B virus. It consists in transforming a culture of cells with a vector, more particularly a plasmid, itself containing an insertion sequence itself comprising at least the part of the viral DNA coding for the immunogenic protein, capable of inducing in vivo the production of antibodies active against the whole virus, as well as the viral promoter under the control of which transcription and translation are normally carried out the above part of viral DNA, in particular in a host infected with the corresponding virus.
