Claim 1
Independent Claim 96 words
A hair conditioning composition in the form of an emulsion characterized by: (A) from 1% to 13% of a volatile liquid hair conditioning agent selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbons, silicones and mixtures thereof; (B) from 0.1% to 8% of a substantially nonionic, water soluble polymer having a viscosity in excess of 200 poises (20 Pa.s) at a shear of 10 -2 sec -1 while having a viscosity less than 9 poises (0.9 Pa.s) at a shear of.500 sec -1 . (C) from 0.05% to 4% of a cationic hair conditioning agent; and (D) water.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 96 words
Claim 3
