Es sind wenigstens eine Struktur des Anreicherungstyps und eine Struktur des Verarmungstyps vorgesehen, von denen die einen während des Zündvorgangs abschaltbaren Emitter-Kurzschluß und die andere einen während des Umschaltens in den blockierten Zustand einschaltbaren Emitter-Kurzschluß darstellt.
