Abstract Translated from French Oligosaccharides pouvant être obtenus à partir d'héparine comportant des constituants hépariniques de poids moléculaire de 2000 à 50000. Ces oligosaccharides possèdent une affinité élevée pour l'AT III et un titre Yin-Wessler élevé. Le rapport de leur titre Yin-Wessler à leur titre USP est d'au moins 30. Ils sont constitués de chaines saccharidiques ne renfermant pas plus de huit motifs saccharadiques. Ils possèdent un signal caractéristique dans la région C-2 de résidu N-sulfate-glucosamine. Ils sont doués d'activité antithrombotique et sont donc utilisables comme médicaments antithrombotiques. Oligosaccharides obtainable from heparin comprising heparinic constituents of molecular weight from 2000 to 50,000. These oligosaccharides have a high affinity for AT III and a high Yin-Wessler titer. The ratio of their Yin-Wessler title to their USP title is at least 30. They consist of saccharide chains containing no more than eight saccharadic units. They have a characteristic signal in the C-2 region of N-sulfate-glucosamine residue. They are endowed with antithrombotic activity and are therefore usable as antithrombotic drugs.
