Abstract Translated from German Neue Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel worin A eine gegebenenfalls durch niederes Alkyl substituierte Methylen-, Aethylen- oder Propylen Gruppe bedeutet, R' Halogen, Carboxyl, niederes Alkoxycarbonyl, Aminocarbonyl, Hydroxyaminocarbonyl, Hydrazinocarbonyl, Mercapto, niederes Alkanoylthio oder Aryl-(niederes Alkylthio) und R 2 Hydroxy, niederes Alkoxy oder Amino bedeuten, und entweder R 3 und R 4 Wasserstoff oder Halogen bedeuten, oder R 3 Wasserstoff und R 4 Hydroxy bedeuten, R 5 Wasserstoff, niederes Alkyl, Aryl, Carboxy, niederes Alkoxycarbonyl oder Aminocarbonyl bedeutet und, wenn R 3 und R 4 beide Wasserstoff bedeuten, die gestrichelte Linie eine fakultative Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Bindung bedeutet, und Salze von Carbonsäuren der allgemeinen Formel I mit pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Basen, ihre Herstellung sowie pharmazeutische Präparate enthaltend Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I oder Salze davon werden beschrieben.
