Er besteht im wesentlichen aus den Elektroden, der Rahmenthermode und dem gefederten Niederhalter, der zugleich als Saugpinzette dient und eine Freinehmung für den Chip enthält. For the installation of micro packs in printed circuits (printed circuit boards) and in layer circuits in thick-film and thin-film technology, a soldering bracket was developed, which is heated with the help of a pulse soldering device. It essentially consists of the electrodes, the frame thermode and the spring-loaded hold-down device, which also serves as suction tweezers and contains free clearance for the chip.
