Abstract Translated from German Es wird ein Gerät beschrieben, bei dem der Umriß des zu vermessenden Formkörpers mit kohärentem Licht beleuchtet und das am Körper vorbeigehende Licht auf eine Sensorfläche eines lichtempfindlichen Sensors reell abgebildet wird. Das bei dieser Abbildung auf der Sensorfläche entstehende Beugungsbild wird ausgewertet. A device is described in which the outline of the shaped body to be measured is illuminated with coherent light and the light passing by the body is real-imaged on a sensor surface of a light-sensitive sensor. The diffraction pattern created on the sensor surface in this image is evaluated.
