Abstract Translated from German Es wurde gefunden, daß nicht oder nur geringfügig irritierende bzw. nicht oder nur geringfügig promovierende polyfunktionelle Diterpene des Tiglian-, Daphnan-, Ingenan- oder Lathyrantyps sowie deren Ester mit nicht substituierten oder substituierten aliphatischen und aromatischen Säuren mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen, deren Äther bzw. Acetale mit nicht substituierten oder substituierten Alkoholen bzw. Carbonylverbindungen mit bis zu 20 C-Atomen, insbesondere saure Carbonsäureester bzw. deren Ammoniumsalze und basische Ester mit Aminosäuren oder Peptiden bzw. deren Ammoniumsalze gute antineoplastische Wirkstoffe großer therapeutischer Breite und guter Verträglichkeit sind.
