Abstract Translated from German Gaslaser mit transversaler Anregung, der zur Erzielung geringerer Induktivitäten und kurzer Bauformen eine symmetrische Ausbildung und Anordnung der Elektroden (10,11,37) sowie möglichst auch der sie umgebenden Komponenten (2, 5, 27, 27', 38 bis 43) vorsieht (Fig. 1). Gas laser with transverse excitation, which provides for a symmetrical design and arrangement of the electrodes (10, 11, 37) and, if possible, the components (2, 5, 27, 27 ', 38 to 43) surrounding them to achieve lower inductances and short designs ( Fig. 1).
