Abstract A method of preparing a hair conditioning product comprising incorporating an aqueous suspension of a metal salt of pyridinethione, especially zinc pyridinethione, wherein the salt is suspended using a cathionic suspending agent, in a liquid vehicle comprising a cationic hair conditioning agent.
