Process for the preparation of lipidic capsules containing a biologically active compound, products obtained by this process as well as their utilisation
Abstract
Method for manufacturing synthetic capsules made of lipid materials containing biologically active materials. A mixture of lipids in an organic solvent and an aqueous mixture of the material intended to be encapsulated is prepared, the mixture obtained is emulsified, the organic solvent is extracted and the resulting gel is suspended in water. Various kinds of biologically active materials can be encapsulated, for example drugs, bacteria, insecticides and the like.
