Abstract Translated from French L'invention concerne l'application, à titre de médicaments, de dérivés du tétrahydro pyridinyl indole et les compositions pharmaceutiques les renfermant. Lesdits médicaments sont constitués par les dérivés répondant à la formule: <IMAGE> dans laquelle R est un hydrogène ou un méthoxy, R1 et R2 représentent un hydrogène ou un méthyle ainsi que par les sels d'addition avec les acides pharmaceutiquement acceptables, et possèdent des propriétés antidépressives, neuroleptiques et antiémétiques. The invention relates to the application, as medicaments, of tetrahydro pyridinyl indole derivatives and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them. Said medicaments are constituted by the derivatives corresponding to the formula: <IMAGE> in which R is hydrogen or methoxy, R1 and R2 represent hydrogen or methyl as well as by the addition salts with pharmaceutically acceptable acids, and have antidepressant, neuroleptic and antiemetic properties.
