Tetrahydropyridinyl indole derivatives and their salts, process for their preparation, their use as medicines and pharmaceutical compositions containing them
Abstract
The invention relates to new derivatives of tetrahydro pyridinyl indole and their salts, their preparation process, their application as medicaments and the pharmaceutical compositions containing them. Said derivatives correspond to the formula: in which R 'is a hydrogen, a halogen, an alkoxy of 1 to 3 carbons, R 1 and R 2 represent a hydrogen, an alkyl of 1 to 3 carbons, X' is an alkyl of 1 to 6 carbons, a cycloalkyl of 4 to 7 carbons, an alkenyl or alkynyl of 2 to 5 carbons or an aralkyl of 7 to 12 carbons. If X 'is methyl, at least one of the substituents R', R 1 and R 2 has more than one carbon and if X 'is a benzyl, at least one of the substituents R', R 1 and R 2 is different from d 'hydrogen. The derivatives I 'have antidepressant, neuroleptic and antiemetic properties.
