Abstract

The short-wave rotating antenna stand has a tower (3) which is anchored in the ground and serves as an axis. This tower is provided with a guide at a predefinable minimum height above the ground and at the upper end with a bearing (7a, 7b) arranged symmetrically to the tower axis. A central mast (2) designed as a rotating shaft is supported on these two bearings via a rotating ring (8a) and a roller bearing (8b). The slewing ring (8a) and the roller bearing (8b) are rigidly fixed inside the rotating shaft (2) symmetrically to its longitudinal axis at a distance from the two bearings (7a and 7b). The rotating shaft (2) is provided on both sides with brackets (5) at its upper and lower ends, between which the reflectors (9) for the antenna radiators (10) are stretched. Additional crossbeams (18) are attached to the brackets to hold the antenna radiators (10). To set the desired direction of radiation, the rotating shaft (2) can be rotated around the tower (3). A 300 ohm input (15) is provided for feeding the antenna radiators (10), which is guided at a height of 3.6 m above the ground into the center of the fixed tower (3).
