Device for changing the length of the split tubular booms of the wishbone of a sailboard or of the split tubular mast of a sailboard
Abstract
Abstract In a device for changing the length, for example, of the split tubular booms of the wishbone of a sailboard, with a tubular push-in connector, in which device the two parts to be connected to one another each have a longitudinal slot open towards their free end, and the longitudinal slots can be expanded via the push-in connector until the connector is connected positively and frictionally to the two parts to be connected, the casing of the two parts to be connected to one another has two identically shaped, oppositely located longitudinal slots open towards the free end of the parts and provided with two bevels at the open end, and two bolts are firmly arranged in the push-in connector at a distance from one another transversely to the longitudinal axis of the push-in connector, with which bolts the push-in connector can be brought to bear against the bevels of the longitudinal slots while the latter expand until the parts are positively and frictionally connected to the push-in connector.
