Desk, in particular for office work
Abstract
Abstract The invention relates to a desk, in particular for office work, which is simple in terms of manufacture and assembly and has a multiplicity of combination possibilities with further desks or side cabinets. This is achieved in that longitudinal profiles are mounted on the underside of a worktop (2), into which longitudinal profiles vertical support arms (7, 8) of a foot frame (8) engage, which are held in the longitudinal profiles via attachment means. By this type of support of a worktop (2), the latter can very quickly be released from the foot frame (3) and fitted with other foot frames with support arms on both sides, such that a further worktop (2) can be connected for extension. Furthermore, connection possibilities to side cabinets or other systems supporting the worktop (2) in the form of lateral angle rails are provided. The foot frames (3) can be displaced relative to the worktop, such that a space is provided between the extended support arms (7, 8) for inserting a filing tray or a depositing plate. Due to the lateral fitting of the foot frames (3), a completely free foot space is provided below the worktop (2). To supply electricity to the desk, in a preferred embodiment clamping devices for holding electric cables are provided below the worktop (2). <IMAGE>
