Abstract Translated from German Die chirurgische Hautklammer weist einen Mittelteil (10) auf, der bogenförmig gestaltet ist und durch ein Werkzeug (14) auf einem Amboß (16) flachgelegt wird. An den Mittelteil (16) schließen sich seitlich schräg aufragende Schenkel (11) an, die in die nach unten gerichteten Flanken (12) übergehen. Die Flanken (12) verlaufen im wesentlichen kreisbogenförmig um den Mittelpunkt (13) des Mittelteils (10) herum. Beim Flachlegen des Mittelteils (10) bewegen sich die Flanken (12) auf einem Kreisbogen, so daß atraumatische Einstichkanäle erzeugt werden. Das Aufreißen von Gewebe wird dadurch verhindert.
