Tunable HF oscillating circuit for selective amplifier and oscillator - has all components except inductances consisting of integrated circuits

Abstract

Abstract The circuits are in the VHF range I and III and UHF ranges IV and V, and possibly in other special ranges. The amplifiers for TV sets have mixers in the input circuits. Tuning in individual ranges is performed by varying the capacitance of the capacitance diodes connected in series opposing. Range switching is performed by switching on and off the supply voltage for the corresponding amplifiers and oscillators. Components of the amplifiers and oscillators with mixers, i.e. transistors, capacitance and tuning diodes and resistors are in the form of monolithically integrated circuits, while the inductances are external components.
