Stackable bottle crate plastic pallet - has peripheral edge extending upwards to fit insteps in crate bases
Abstract
Abstract The pallet is for use with bottle crates stepped inwards at the bottom for stacking, and has a built-up grating-type supporting surface joined by supporting profile sections to three parallel skids. The supporting surface has a peripheral edge extending upwards, whose height is such as to fit in the stepped portions of the crates on it. The profile sections are open at the top and bottom, and comprise vertical walls running at right angles to the skids. The skids can be of trapezium section, with alternate recesses in the top and bottom, and in their lengthwise direction the supporting surface can be slightly inclined from the outside to the middle.
