Abstract
Abstract Article is moulded with a thermoplastic skin bonded thereto by positioning a thin web with an adhesive in a predetermined pattern on one face between two complementary mould halves, closing the mould halves, vacuum forming the web on a face plate of one mould half with the adhesive facing away from that plate, filling the mould cavity with foamable material and fusing the material into a body bonded to the web. Article is thus completely formed while the mould is closed.
