Abstract

Abstract Translated from German Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Schneiden mit Hochdruckwasser-Eiskristallstrahl, bei dem unter einem Druck von ca. 100 bis 350 MPa stehendes Wasser aus einer Duese austritt. Zur Erhoehung der Abtragsintensitaet bei gleichzeitig geringerem Wartungsaufwand wird zur Erzeugung von Eiskristallen das Wasser vor Austritt aus der Duese isobar auf eine Temperatur zwischen ca. 10 bis 20C abgekuehlt. Unter diesen Bedingungen verbleibt das Wasser im fluessigen Zustand. Erst bei Austritt aus der Duese kristallisiert ein Teil des Wassers zu Eis. Die Duese ist demzufolge nicht von der abrasiven Wirkung der Eiskristalle betroffen. Figur{Hochdruckwasser-Eiskristallstrahl; Druck; Wasser; Duese; Schneiden, abkuehlen} The invention relates to a method for cutting with high-pressure water ice crystal, in which at a pressure of about 100 to 350 MPa standing water exits from a Duese. To increase the Abtragsintensitaet at the same time less maintenance is to produce ice crystals, the water before leaving the Duese isobar cooled to a temperature between about 10 to 20C. Under these conditions, the water remains in the liquid state. Only when leaving the Duese, part of the water crystallizes to ice. The Duese is therefore not affected by the abrasive action of ice crystals. FIG {high-pressure water Eiskristallstrahl; Print; Water; Jet; Cutting, cooling off}
