Abstract

The invention relates to a process for the separation of ammonia, carbon dioxide and urea from the resulting in the production of urea Prozeszabwasser. The aim and object of the invention is to propose a method which enables a high degree of purification of the process wastewater by desorptive means with minimal expenditure of energy and without additional aftertreatment. Erfiindungsgemaesz carried out the purification of highly concentrated Prozeszabwassers in a 5-stage desorption, consisting of two desorption columns, a hydrolyzer and two flash stages. The purified Prozeszabwasser can be used without additional treatment, if necessary, as boiler feed water or cooling water.
