Abstract
Abstract A device for smoking foodstuffs has a housing formed by a number of sections, with a bottom and a removable lid, as well as inserts which act as the feet and support, a little distance from the bottom inside the stove, a smoking tray and above this a dish to catch drippings. On the underside of the lid there are hangers for the goods. Design is simple and device is easily dismantled and transported. Removal of lid lifts out the foodstuffs for inspection.
