The outer cylindrical body has on its lower end screw threads 22 for joining to the dispenser base shell 2". The connected shell forms the outer shell of the dispenser. The outer shell base has a cutout through which is exerted pressure on the inner container 1 for dispensing foam. The pressure is exerted against the spring of the dispenser valve for opening purposes. The foam flows along the bore 10 in the top part of the outer casing into the centre of the shaving brush.
