Abstract
Abstract An artificial stone flooring slab with upper facing of rubber-elastic material, held to the slab by dovetails or similar engaging projections on its under-side has edge strip comprising angl sections; on end of one arm of the angle joins to the facing sheet while the other arm penetrates into the slab material and has a thickened inner edge. The facing sheet is pref. of granulated waste rubber bonded by vulcanisd natural or synthetic rubber or plastic, e.g. polyethylene.
