Abstract
Abstract Composition, which is very easy to granulate, effective against all kinds of snails, resistant to mould, suitable for use in greenhouses, and very highly attractive to snails, contains fine bran or vermiculite (pref. 1kg) as carrier, fodder meal (pref. 80-150g) as binding agent, fodder bone meal (opt. aromatized, pref. with aniseed or oil of anise) (pref. 30-80g) as bait, and an active component (e.g. metaldehyde, CuSO4 and/or kainite, pentabromophenol, sodium pentachloropnenolate, 2,4,6-triiodophenol or 2,4,6-tribromophenol) (pref. 50-100g).
