Abstract
Abstract The body of the stopper has a conically sloping flange against which a first rubber elastic type sealing ring presses. A tubular distances piece separates the first sealing ring from a second similar ring against which a compression member presses, this member having screwed axial adjuster to slide it along the body of the stopper. When tightened, both rings are squeezed axially and press radially against the inner wall of the pipe to be sealed.
