Abstract
Abstract Packaging and cooking container for foods, especially sauerkraut, consists of an airtightly sealed cover of metal foil, which is provided with a layer of plastic film on at least one side. The plastic film pref. consists of a polyolefin, polyamide or polyethylene terephthalate. The container enables sauerkraut to be stored for long periods, and then cooked by immersing in hot water.
