Multi-pocket sachets for packing combinations of reactive materials - to facilitate distribution and mixing controlled quantities

Abstract

Abstract Two or more reactive reagents are packed in separate compartments in a common sachet where an intermediate seam can be parted preferentially to allow the reagent to mix before being released as a fresh reaction product. The vols. of the subsidiary pockets of the sachet depend on the relative vol. of reagents required to prepare the reqd. prod. Simplifies storage and dispensing of proportional blends of constituents which must be stored separately. Pref. the multi pocket sachets are made of plastic film heat sealed transversely to provide intermediate seams.
