Abstract A compsn. contg. 3-fluoro-D-alanine, its 2-deutero analog. or its esters or salts and an N-substd. cycloserine (I) or its salts (i.e. autoantagonist inhibitors of 3-fluoro-D-alanine) (where R is H or Me, X, Y and Z = H or alkyl) are antibacterial agents of higher activity than 3-fluoro-D-alanine and administered therefore in lower doses.
