Abstract

Abstract Container consisting of a decomposable material which cannot be subjected to high mechanical loading, having two container halves 3, 4 which can be nested one inside the other, are open towards the parting plane of the container 1 and have integrally formed closure elements of snap-action closures 5, 6, 7, 8 arranged at least at two opposite locations of the container 1. Each snap- action closure 5, 6, 7, 8 comprises a closure lug 9, arranged on the outer wall 3a of one container half 3, and a closure rib 10, which is integrally formed on the outer wall 4a of the other container half 4 and can be latched to the closure lug 9. For each closure lug 9 there is provided at least one protrusion 12, which is integrally formed on the other container half 4 and forms an abutment for the closure lug 9 latched to the closure rib 10. <IMAGE>
